	IT      EN      DE      FR			L'uomo di marmo Lo studio di Nicoli di scultura in Carrara December 2000: from an idea of Professor Giandomenico Semeraro a book regarding the Studio di Scultura Nicoli is issued.  "L'uomo di marmo" - The marble man (Roberto Meiattini publisher) describes the activity of the Nicoli Studios with reference to the historical and cultural context of the province of Carrara. It considers then the trends of Modern and Contemporary Arts at an international level. Rich in great details and anecdotes, the account tells about the close collaboration between the artist and the artisans, the stone-cutters. Masterpieces from our workshop are scattered in any corners of the world, museums, squares, houses etc since our artists have been combining their huge technical know-how with a remarkable fantasy. Nicoli Studios thanks professor Giandomenico Semeraro and the publisher Meiattini for their attention and the patience they have reserved to us. We would like to congratulate them on being able to give us this special mood.
